Prices based on Bed, Breakfast and Evening Meal per Person, for two Nights or more with two People sharing a Double Room.

One night only Supplement is £5 per person.

Single Room Supplement is at £10 per Night or £15 in High Season (24th  June-30th Sep and all Bank Holiday Weekends).

Prices for Children sharing room with 2 Adults are as follows for Bed and Breakfast:-

Children under 5 free of Charge

Children 5 – 10 @ £10 per night     11 -16 @ £16 per night.

Children wishing to occupy a Room without Adults will be charged at full Room Rate.

Children's evening meal portions are available at £7 per head (fussy eaters catered for!)

Evening Meal for Visitor’s Guests is £16 per person for 4 courses.

Dogs are welcome @ £5 per Night but are not allowed in Public Areas.

Please be advised that due to increased Banking Charges, all Card Payments, will be subject to a 2% Surcharge.

 


                   BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR THE WYNNCROFT HOTEL


1) RESERVATIONS

Telephone bookings will be held for 7 days pending receipt of written confirmation
and a deposit of £50 per room. All confirmations will be acknowledged by letter.


2) CANCELLATIONS

We recommend you insure against cancellation.

In the event of cancellation, the Management reserve the right to charge you in accordance with the following scale of the total accommodation costs:-

42 days or before your arrival date - Forfeit of Deposit

29 - 42 days before your arrival date - 30% of total costs

15 - 27 days before your arrival date - 50% of total costs

1-14 days before your arrival date - 75% of total costs

Arrival day or later - 100% of total costs


3) ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

Arrivals are from 4p.m onwards, any early arrivals by prior arrangement.
Rooms must normally be vacated by 10.30am.
Storage of luggage is available if departing later in the day.

The hotel has a large car park, and guests are respectfully advised that the Management cannot
accept responsibility for loss of damage to vehicles or their contents.


4) MEALS

There is no allowance given for meals not taken
Clients may invite guests into the Hotel for a meal and drinks.

The Dinner Menu is £16 per person.

Children's meals are priced at £6.00 where taken in the restaurant during normal dining hours. There is a choice of food and prices for children.


5) TRAVEL

For those travelling by rail or coach, FREE transfer to and from the Hotel is available by prior
arrangement.


6) PAYMENT

Payment may be made by Access, Switch, MasterCard, personal
cheque or cash


7) USEFUL INFORMATION

Free Tea and Coffee making facilities are available in all bedrooms

Remote colour T.V. in all bedrooms

Clocks, radios & hair dryers in all bedrooms

8) SMOKING POLICY

For the comfort and safety of all the guests there is a non smoking policy throughout the Hotel. 
Smoking can take place on the front terrace at all times.

9) DOGS are welcome at a cost of £5 per pet per night, they are not
allowed in residential areas.
